1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned along with the original invoice/receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged items
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Personalized or custom-made products
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
> Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item delivered by us.
4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the product.
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund based on your preference.
5. Return Process

3. We will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
6. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, you will need to request a return after receiving the item.
